I have known Jared since law school, where I held him in high regard for his intelligence and diligence. Jared is a fantastic lawyer. He took my case when others would not because it might not end in a giant payday. Jared talked me out of bad decisions, helped me see both sides of situations, and gave me options. I had used a different attorney at the beginning of my legal saga, that person made thingsworse; Jared cleaned up the mess. He was thoughtful, kind, professional, and good at his job. I called the office to find out if my issue was something they could quickly tell me if I have a case or not in the state of Nevada. Takes like 5 minutes and they want to setup a $200 consultation blah blah.. Unbelievable! The receptionist barely listened to anything other than wanting to setup consultation, I think she gets a commission for the number of consultations she sets up per day or something. Pay your people so you can grow your business the right way not through scamming folks for a 5 -10 minutes initial chat for $200 unconscionable!! Save your money and go somewhere else that can listen to you first and decide if you might have a case or not before trying to charge $200.

If you are in the horse industry, you will know that horses either bring out the absolute best or the absolute worst in people. There’s no in between. And sometimes the best thing to do is have a lawyer on your side. Jared has been nothing but amazing helping us deal with abandoned horses, boarding contracts, cease and desists and licensing issues. Could not ask for a better lawyer. And if he thinks there’s someone better for the job, he refers amazing people to you.

I went back and forth with Jared via text a few times. Then talked to his assistant about the case. She did a conflict check and confirmed there was no conflict. Jared told me to call for a consultation. However, he failed to tell me that he charges $500 consult fee. He's the only attorney in town who charges such high prices. Nobody charges a consult fee anymore. He wasted my time. I am a former client of Jared M. Moser
