I had the pleasure to work with Robert earlier this year on a business dispute that I had with a client. As I am overseas, I was concerned about collecting payment from my client - but also concerned to find the right attorney to work with. Robert was very reassuring from the start, and easy to work with the whole time. He always returned calls or emails within a few hours, and ultimately delivered results.

Robert's great advice, and keen understanding of both law and business, gave me the ability to clearly identify the cost/benefit associated with a new joint venture. To me, the costs & risks were too great, but with Robert's ongoing strategic counsel, I realized the deal was well within our company's capabilities. His knowledge of financial markets and products also got us to consider (and purchase) certain hedges to further minimize our deal risk. I can't stress this enough: Robert is so much more than just a good lawyer! He is an invaluable business partner!

I would like to thank Vaksman Law for once again assisting and guiding me with my family's living trust. I originally created it in 2006 in NY with Robert Vaksman's assistance. Robert was very knowledgeable and comfortably steered me into the proper setup. Well times have changed over the years and i just recently concluded the complete overhaul of my trust to now include a new child and also a few businesses. Having the ability to answer and submit the majority of my information online was no different than being face to face in the office last time...only easier. What could not be done online was covered verbally and i was usually contacted within a few hours of each email to answer my questions and keep things moving. All of my concerns have been competently addressed and are now covered in the layers of entities we had to create for the updated trust.
