Shannon was my lawyer for many years through several iterations of custody and support arguments with my ex-spouse. She always answered me quickly and never needed me to “remind” her of previous work. And, best of all, she was always right. When she said she would do a thing, she did it. When she said she couldn’t do a thing, she told me why. When she went into a discussion with my ex’s attorney, she always had her ducks in a row and got at least 90 percent of what I wanted.
