I used Brian to deal with a very unfair HOA. He listened to me, he read ALL the emails that were sent from the HOA and to the HOA, read all the rules and regulations, etc. He came up with a plan, but I like that he was also open to listen to how I wanted to deal with the HOA. Obviously he is the expert, so we went his way!! It's been about 6+ months that i don't hear from the HOA. He definitely solved my problem, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend him!
