I greatly appreciate attorney Timothy Wiseman for accepting my appeal case from Legal Aid as Pro Bono. Attorney Wiseman has worked on my appeal case for almost a year, he got the appeal court to allow my case the possibility to be re-tried again at District Court. My case was unfortunately purposely made extremely difficult by the father of my children , for the father of my daughters is an attorney who has an army of people w/in the legal field helping him despite the truth! For years I felt I stood alone in district court despite being legally represented off/on until I lost faith in attorneys that I ended up representing myself in district court, unfortunately I feel district court judge was bias and dirty, she clearly witnessed I was not on equal footing legally, she allowed the defendant an attorney himself armed by attorneys practically left, right , front and back, of course I was crucified legally and financially. Attorney Wiseman wasn't intimidated by the fact that the defendant was/is highly legally educated, he accepted my case anyway and prevailed in appeal court. By the time trial came after so many years of court being dragged out, I no longer trusted in attorneys, they'd neglected my case and caved in or and coward out, but not before taking money they didn't earn! Attorney Timothy Wiseman is truly one good apple (very few good apples in Clark County I believe) within bunch of rotted ones!!!
