The firm itself has proven to be excellent to me in the past however this time around I was passed around by the firm lawyer to lawyer without being contacted and informed only to be text by a assistant no call nothing just awkward I’m more then a case file this is something I’d rather not deal with I actually dropped into the office to try to deal with my concerns and the atty wouldn’t even come out to shake my hand or say hello I was in office for 20-40 minutes you would have thought after so much turmoil leading up to my visit she could have at least walked out and introduced herself (we have t met yet)I’m a return Client and have been on her case file for months now (4) just a friendly hello isn’t hard even for 1 sec just to know who she is what she looked like eye to eye contact anything however instead I got a meeting schedule for 7 days later kinda a joke to me I’m sure she’s a great attorney just not apparently for me or maybe to much work I really don’t know and it’s really not my problem when I need to speak to my lawyer it should not take a week however that was last straw after many many straws of unacceptable communication and information the name atty reached out to me today unfortunately hours to late he called while I was signing with another firm I was very transparent with the assistant told her I was going to go seek another lawyer opinion and guidance I’d absolutely like to say this is a good firm. I got great results in the past dealing with this firm and would never hate on the results of the past or the attorney whom helped me in past the new lady is probably excellent we never met tho so again they were excellent in my past representation this was a unfortunate situation and maybe a one of I would recommend this firm to someone if asked due to my past results I’d hope they figure it out on better communication with the new clients with communication and follow up and listening to the needs of the insured and explaining the process and why they want to do certain things and allow the insured to have understanding and lastly the should know when to put out fires or escalate the insured to a different person to retain their business he should have called me Friday or Monday morning before I went to appointment maybe she thought I was bluffing I’m in pain so bluffing isn’t in the cards I wish this could have been better handled cuz I actually felt horrible for leaving but it had to be done the Covid days are over pick up a phone and call people use resources drive to meet clients or at doctors appointments maybe ask questions about the health care do better!

Mr. Hicks really saved the day when I was at my lowest. I was in a car accident and struggled with pain and limited mobility for over a year and a half. The Hicks and Brasier team were so kind and helpful. Mr. Hicks was able to resolve the case for the full amount of my insurance coverage. The relief I had when the case was resolved was immense. I can’t thank Mr. Hicks and his team enough. They helped me get back my life and I am eternally grateful to them.

I originally started out with another attorney, but when the case became complicated he referred me to Hicks & Brasier. Upon meeting Jonathan Hicks for the first time, he made us feel confident in our case AND he honored our original attorneys condensation. His assistant, OIR case manager Christina, was awesome throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend this organization for any future requirements.

I traveled to Las Vegas to vacation and watch a prize fight. I didn’t know my trip would be cut short by a reckless driver who plowed into my taxi with a pickup truck then fled the scene. Unempathic, unprofessional, incompetent...I would never advice hiring this firm. I waited 3 years for my settlement and only received what the insurance company offered , they didn't fight for me at all, thanks for nothing Mr hicks.
