Hicks and Brasier is an accident law firm that you can TRUST! I've used other firms before and I feel like H&B did more for my case and cared more. Mayra helped me with my case and she was AWESOME! She was really caring and helpful with my case which made me feel very comfortable and confident with my case. Extremely easy to communicate with which was very convenient. I would refer this law firm to anyone looking for good lawyers that care. Thanks H&B and especially Mayra!

I am quite happy about the results I got. I was injured in a road trip and couldn't find the time to file a police report or take detailed photographs of the injury, and all the communication was through email and phone calls. It was also impossible to contact the property owner / insurer for a long time. Being a law student myself, I can see how it would have been especially difficult for everyone to deal with. Especially because all I got was a fractured bone, I am very pleased that the lawyer didn't give up and managed to identify who the insurer / property owner were.

During the sign-up process, we communicated primarily through emails and phone calls. Whenever I had a question or concern, they would listen and provide a response. However, I have noticed a decline in their ratings recently, which is concerning. It feels like I'm just another dollar to them. Whenever I call, it seems like someone is always on vacation or busy drafting documents, leaving me waiting for a signature. And when I do finally receive a response, it comes with an unfriendly attitude. I have been hesitant to voice my dissatisfaction for fear that they might drop my case. I believe they are aware that finding a new lawyer would be inconvenient for me, so it seems like they don't prioritize their clients' needs. All I want is for them to resolve the case so that I can move on.

I’d like to know what’s going on with my case I’d like to know why Hicks and Brasier have not found out if the people that hit me have insurance. I was recommended you guys via very reputable law firm here in Las Vegas. And it’s going to be two months come September 19 and nobody has from your company found out if the person that hit me has insurance I have done everything you guys have told me I go to therapy three times a week my back, my knees and my shoulders are still killing me and I am the one that is suffering. Please get back with me and let me know what’s going on and please have a Michael Plank give me a call.

Save yourself a headache and do not retain this firm to handle your personal injury case. I have a firm that I like and have been using for years. My chiropractor whom I have been going to for years recommended this firm so I gave them a chance. Worst mistake I could have made. They were unprofessional, disorganized and incompetent. Their unnecessary drama and chaos delayed my ability to get the care that I needed for my injuries post my accident. This has hindered my recovery and my ability to regain my range of motion. The attorney could call me the same day multiple times to get my business and then after I retained their firm he was MIA. I left numerous messages last week and yesterday. I still have not heard from him. That was the last straw. I had to fire them and obtain competent counsel. What a nightmare it has been dealing with this firm, I am so angry that I wasted my time and energy on this incomptent and unprofessional firm. They are not ready for primetime. Spare yourself a major headache when you are injured and in pain and go with another personal injury firm. I sure wish I had.

I gave them plenty of time to do SOMETHING right but they always fall flat on their faces. On top of the numerous things they were horrible at, I was just at the office for a scheduled meeting after hours, even called to confirm nathalia was going to be there at said time and just like EVERYTHING else they failed to complete that correctly. This is just the LATEST issue with this office. Do not recommend this office, their car managers are TERRIBLE!!

Danielle is an exceptional paralegal who goes above and beyond to help guide clients through the process. Seth is an excellent advocate and I highly recommend this firm, which is saying a lot because I am an attorney. Five-star rating !
