Getting a ticket is never a pleasant experience for anyone. But with Attorney Hwang's law office's help, it's really been a breezy process. All I had to do was dropping off my ticket at the law office (I could email it also, but the office was on the way home). I was seen in a timely manner, the receptionist explained what's going to happen and the possible outcome clearly and I was on my way in 10 mins. I got a confirmation email right after. and couple weeks later another email stating the ticket has been taken care of! no points deducted, no traffic school, no increase insurance. with a clear instruction how to pay the ticket online. less than 20 mins spent on this whole ordeal. what a worry free, stress free process! thank you so much attorney Hwang!
