Great customer service from Wendi Maciel.She really took care of me and made me feel like I was at home from offering me beverages, making sure my well being is fine, and gave me the breakdown of everything i need to know about on my case before assigning me one of their outstanding attorneys. I would highly recommend this firm because the great and caring team they have and they definitely pride on making their clients feel welcomed and safe under them.

My experience with Hicks & Brasier was outstanding. From the very first appointment after my accident until my settlement was received, they were attentive, kind, and helpful. They guided me through the entire process and kept excellent communication with me. They also were thorough in helping me to understand my options. Maryam is a very skilled attorney. I especially appreciated that she went to bat for me when one of the insurers balked at paying their share. Danielle, the paralegal, was also fantastic at keeping the paperwork flowing back-and-forth and communicating in Maryam’s behalf. The office staff was also very accommodating each time I had to visit. I find them to be a very well run firm and more importantly, good people. Where do I begin?
