I was a nine year employee of a local casino on the Las Vegas Strip. During the last few years of my employment a new manager was hired and I was systematically discriminated against because of my race. I made repeated reports to my HR representative and supervisor, to no avail. Eventually I was let go by the very manager who was discriminating against me. I consulted with two attorneys who told me we couldn't win because of the Casinos power in the city. I found Mr. Kang and he said he could fight for my rights. It was a long process, no doubt, but I knew I had been wronged. Mr. Kang explained the process to me, he was always available when I requested an appointment. He responded to my email questions, and his office staff was superb. While it wasn't a million dollar settlement, I feel I was justly compensated for the wrongs I had been subjected to while I was working. I have found other employment, and the settlement helped get me back on my feet. I would strongly recommend Mr. Kang and have referred multiple friends and former colleagues to his office.
