I got in a minor car accident for which I received 3 moving violations. I have never used an attorney for this sort of thing, nor would I think of it but I did not want to have points on my DMV record and I did not want my insurance to go up. Van Law Firm was recommended to me and they took the pertinent information for my ticket, spoke to the court on my behalf and helped me to reduce the fine and go to traffic school instead of harming my DMV record. Sandy is currently handling my short-sale and she has made the entire process very painless and efficient. I was very hesitant about going through the short-sale process, but during my first meeting with Sandy, she immediately laid out all the options and informed me on what the process was going to be like, which immediately put my mind at ease. Sandy was extremely helpful when representing us in our short sale process. Her and her team were on top of things when contacting the lender and keeping us informed of what documents we needed and where we were at in the process. It's difficult to get big lending companies to cooperate but she worked hard to get us approved and it was a success.
