By getting the police report, by getting the surveillance footage of the accident and always updating me every week about my case. Politeness, Job performance staying on top of things

My sister was in a wreck 2 months ago a rep from this law firm came up to her and basically solicited their services to her. Ever since then, they non stop call everyday, harassing her to sign up with them. I believe this is ilegal to do.
