My friend referred me to Tin when i got my very first traffic ticket. She was very prompt to address my case, brought it down to a parking violation, and best of all, no traffic school or demerit points. She is very knowledgeble and quick to answer questions at any time.

The experience and service I received from Tin Hwang was exceptional. She works diligently to get my ticket reduced and kept me updated throughout the entire process via text and phone calls. I felt as if I didn't even need to check up on the status of my ticket because she was so quick to reach out to me first with any updates. I hired Tin when I got into a car accident this past summer when a driver pulled out of the parking lot and t-boned my car! Tin and every one of her staff, including Janina (her assistant), were extremely helpful and eager to answer all of my questions.
