6yrs to finish my case includes 2yrs of pandemic problems. No communication I had to continually call them to get any type of update. Slow to get back to a email. In the 6yrs had about 6 different lawyers touch my case and that includes one that I had to get rid of. All in all I am just glad it's over

The 702 firm has been amazing and I highly recommend this injury law firm! I was a victim in a very bad car crash involving someone running a red light at a high rate of speed. Anyone who has survived a horrible car crash knows it is an extremely stressful time. My original attorney (a different law firm) was not a good experience and left me even more stressed out. After the 702 firm took over, I started having regular communications with my attorney and they always kept me in the loop and really bent over backwards for me. During June 2020, I was injured by an orthodontist during a routine root canal. The injury caused permanent nerve damage. After two months of pain and suffering, I decided that I needed to file a medical malpractice claim against the orthodontist. From August 2020 to March 2021 (7 months), I searched for an attorney in the city of Las Vegas. I found three attorneys from 3 different law firms; all were interested in my claim in the beginning. The first attorney reviewed my medical file and did not have the common courtesy to let me know that he was incapable of handling the claim. He just literally stopped communicating with me. The second attorney reviewed my medical file and told me that there was not real evidence that indicated that I was injured. So, he did not take the case. Finally, in September the third attorney told me that I had a strong case, and he and his partner agreed to take the case. In October of 2020, I signed an agreement. From October 2020 to January 2021, I did not hear from the attorneys. I reached out to them by the end of January and was assured that everything was fine. I received an email on a Sunday night in February 2021 from the attorney stating that he decided not to take the case with no explanation. The intake specialist was very kind and very soft spoken which caused me to develop a level of trust in the law firm.
