Delwyn Webber has been our family law attorney for about 8 years now. We recently visited Delwyn regarding a change in our Trust agreement. I hired Ms Webber to help me with my Friend's Trust/Estate Probate case and Ms. Webber not only put me at ease and took care of handling the Trust/Estate in a timely manner. Further, Ms. Webber, explained the process and the Probate Laws of Neveda. I am a retired Superior Court Clerk from Los Angeles County and I have dealt with many Attorneys and I would highly recommend Ms. Webber and if ever I need a Probate Attorney in the future I would hire Ms. Webber.

She reviewed both documents, no problem with ILIT, but, Delwyn made some suggestions re: Revocable Trust that made a lot of sense. Delwyn was knowledgeable and helpful during my initial consultation. I proceeded with the trust and as questions arose afterwards, I was able to get answers promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

After my father died I realized the importance of creating a trust for my assets, a will, and powers of attorney for health care and other purposes. Delwyn not only worked with me to develop documents that met my needs versus simply using boiler plate, but even answered some questions I had on my late father's trust.
