Fell bad in Vegas the assured me to sit back and relax it would take awhile I did everything .went to my drs ,hospital, therapy, back to er visits ,had surgery. They keep say ok well use you own insurance so if we get. Nothing you wont have to pay.schould of been a sign.this was going on since oct 2017...they finally called two days after Christmas saying they were excited we should get what we want in 30 days......well I sure got something glen learner saying we decided to not pursue your case cuz flamingo wanted to go to court I guess the 40,000 sounded good to then but going to court might make it 20 thousand and I guess for big spenders this isnt enought...very disappointed and sad .they didnt want to go to court they just wanted the money to be handed over by a demand. Wish you told me in the begin you were lazy....do not recommend this law firm at all I absolutely know every case is different but they were absolutely responsible and I wanted to go to court I had everything your firm just didnt want to have to work therefore I my opinion your review is what it is horrible. I waited I over a year and was told the whole time dont worry dont worry well guess what I'm worried. You guys called with no explanation other then we decided not to take your case file yourself or find someone eles ,horrible ethics again I stand behind my review .

I am pleased to say that this firm is one of the finest, and working with Vince Ditcharo was the best by far! He was so patient with me, explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and returned my calls promptly. He, in my opinion, is one of the best of the best.
