My grandmother and I hired Lerner before it was Lerner and Rowe back in 2013 and we always felt that we got ripped off. We got rear-ended with my at the time 6 year old and 6 month old I suffered from horrible whiplash to the point I couldn't move my neck or head with buldging disks. My grandmother suffered from the same thing just not as severe. We went to every appointment and by the end of our case Lerner took his 40% off top before paying medical by the time we got paid out and I lost wages I was out almost 3 weeks from work and all we received was a $1000 and $1999 and our case was worth 20 times that. I have never used or recommend this firm again since what a horrible experience now I recommend Paul Powell Ps: I will not change this review because from our experience it was accurate. We had communicated with your team that the amount made no sense but realizing it wouldn't have mattered because we would have still got a small return back. Your firm still takes the most off top so we would have had your team get more and you would have still made more than we would have. I'm sorry you don't like my honest review on how we did not like the services we had, but asking someone to lie and change their review to make you happy wouldn't be right either. My review stays the same that is why we have never used this firm since that incident.
