John was professional and did his research on my case every time we went to court. He does not waste your time or money. Gets to the point when he argues your case. I would highly recommend John. He's upfront and honest and will do what he can to win your case!

I had a delicate family law matter that I needed handled in an expeditious manner, and more importantly I wanted the motion filed ex parte. I'm happy to report that John delivered on both accounts and I will be using him again should the need arise in the future. I highly recommend John.

Several years ago, I found myself in an extremely contentious and stressful custody battle against a very controlling and over-bearing person. I retained John Jones to represent me. I explained to John it was in our Daughter's best interest to have equal access to, and time with, each parent (50/50 physical custody). My Daughter's Mother did not agree. Throughout the long and painful process -- during which I endured everything from personal attacks to fabricated stories of poor parenting to false allegations of domestic violence -- I was continuously concerned John was not addressing ALL the issues I felt he needed to address. I was incredibly frustrated and, at times, overwhelmed. However, John remained calm and demonstrated his depth of knowledge, vast experience, and exceptional grasp of litigation skill to accurately and concisely address those issues which were most important. Ultimately, John ensured the Court saw the truth and awarded each parent 50% physical and joint legal custody. Jon ensured our Daughter won!! A few years after this win, our Daughter's Mother brought a motion before the court in another state to, in essence, overthrow this ruling. She wanted to reduce my physical custody from 50% to 20% and to assume legal custody. Yesterday, after 5 days of trial spread over nearly 2 years, this new Court upheld the ruling John represented, fought for, and won on behalf of our Daughter. Our Daughter is nearly 10 and continues to be a happy, healthy, energetic, and a well adjusted young lady who excels academically, artistically, musically, and in sports... despite the fact her parents have challenges getting along. Had it not been for John ensuring the first and most crucial win in this long struggle, our Daughter would not have had such such a wonderful life nor as meaningful and rich relationships with both her parents and their extended families.
