Definitely not what I expected,they pass our case over and over to a diferent person. Finally I receive a letter from our case and no one from the FIRM have contact us,regarding the decision. It's a really BAD experience.

The 702 Firm is amazing. They care about you and do all that’s needed to make sure you’re taken care of during your moment of inconvenience. My son was involved in an accident and they made sure to get him the care he needed and supported him along the way. This firm will lie for you, in official court documents, if you approach them with lies. They will sell those lies as their own under the blanket statement "under information and belief," which is code for "what our clients told us." They may not do a moment of their own due diligence to verify anything you might have said to them, to determine if any of it is true. I'll explain. This firm sued my wife and I in a suit that should have only been about me. It was an auto injury suit, for which I was the sole owner of the vehicle. Yes, Nevada is a community property state, but that wasn't the claim. The specific claim this firm made on registered court documents while filing suit was that my wife SPECIFICALLY was the owner of the vehicle, registrar of the vehicle, and was only letting me (her husband) use it. They swore this under oath while submitting the official lawsuit to the courts. They sued my wife for negligent entrustment... which does not amount to what a suit would be for regarding "joint property." They claimed that she knew better than to loan HER vehicle to her husband (with a one vehicle accident on my record for 25 years.) We were told that their clients were the ones that told them my wife owned the truck, yet the lawyers did not bother checking public DMV records. It was easier to just make the claim on the law suit rather than see if it was true first. Next, they sued for damages for the vehicle, of which were already paid and settled out, with a signed release from their client... the very client that approached them with the suit. A very fast DMV public record search could have saved them from having that part of the case thrown out after we provided evidence that their claim was 100% false as it pertained to those claims. 5/6th of the case was thrown out because this firm did not do their due diligence and took their client's guesses (that my wife owned the truck) and omissions (they were paid out already and signed a release), and took their words as scripture and made a fool of themselves having inadvertently (although negligently) lied to the court when filing and they had the majority of their case thrown out and had to settle before the "jury trial" they requested. A money grab at several hundred thousand dollars, based mostly on deliberate lies and false claims, resulted in a very small settlement and a giant waste of time for them. I took it a step further and called this firm to tell them that they were wrong and needed to do a DMV search because they had blatantly lied on court documents. I was polite, yet told to "calm down" and I laughed because I was calm, but they didn't want to be called on their lies, so they disregarded me as "overreacting" and hung up on me. This was all before anything went to and mediation or official proceedings. Any person wishing to hear the specifics regarding this law firm and their shady dealing may reach out to me. I have all relevant public documents relating to the false claims they made to the courts, regardless of whether they knew they were false claims. It is their job as legal professionals to do their homework. I'm wondering what the BAR would think at this point. I fully expect a law suit for this review, but defamation has to be mostly false and I have all of the documents to back every bit of this review up. Furthermore, they dragged my wife into something that had nothing to do with her. Even if they wanted to claim joint property and sue her, that's one thing. However, that's not what they did. They blatantly regurgitated a lie, on a public document, defaming my wife for negligent entrustment, for all of her friends, family, and colleagues to see, purely due to their lack of due diligence. She wasn't even involved in the accident, she was at a hockey game with the kids. This is against everything a lawyer should be, and if they will do it to my wife, they'll do it to anyone.
