From the moment of initial contact with Ace and then the continuous contact with my case manager, Tahnee - I knew I was in good hands. Especially in the stressful times of being injured from an accident, and all of the things that come along with it, it was great to know that I had Ace's team working on all of the logistics for me. I really didn't have to do anything except on work on feeling better. Tahnee was so hands-on and communicated expectations, timelines, and just overall made sure that my case was handled appropriately & efficiently. I hope I never go through an accident again, but if I ever ever do -- these are the guys I'll be going to for any help if I need it. Thanks guys!
