When I met Joe and Ash my life was changed forever. After a tragic accident I felt as though my life was doomed. They cared for me as though I was part of their family! They were so knowledgeable and forth coming about every little detail, I never felt as though I didn’t know what was going on at any point in my case. They updated and reassured me every step of the way. They were never too busy for me or my concerns. I have kept them as good friends long after my case was settled and I love them very much!! There is no possible way I could have been more happy with, or could have chosen a better firm to represent me through this extremely difficult time in my life! I am forever grateful to them. I am not the easiest to please, but I would only recommend this firm. Ash and Joe will always hold a very special place in my heart!

My experience working with the Blackburn Wirth team exceeded my expectations. Elena worked on my case, she was thorough with explaining everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. She set up appointments for me and made sure everything was handled. Being involved in a car accident is very traumatic and stressful but they helped me be comfortable and at ease. I'm a Las Vegas native and sadly have had to 'lawyer up' more than once in my 40+ years in this beautiful city. I've never had such a wonderful experience as I have with Blackburn Wirth. Joe Wirth is exceptional. When I was injured, he came to the hospital to see me. He took his time with me, was very kind and incredibly informative. He gave me his personal cel number and actually answers when I call! If I have to leave a message, he gets right back to me. He even answers his texts; it's unlike any attorney I've dealt with before. He is kind and caring - I couldn't be more pleased with the service he has provided. Gaby is also amazing. She, much like Joe, visited me in the hospital. She sat with me and explained everything to me and was very caring as I was going through everything associated with my injury. She is thorough, sweet, supportive, and knowledgeable. She sent messages to me to check in with me, she knew when my doctor's appointments were and always offered words of encouragement and support when I would go to the doctor. She has even responded after hours! Going through what I've had to go through with my injury has been really tough, but Joe and Gaby made it so much better for me. I didn't feel so alone and felt like I had a supportive team behind me. I no longer felt like David going up against Goliath - Blackburn Wirth IS the Goliath!! I don't wish inuries on anyone, ever, but the best advice I could give would be to call Blackburn Wirth RIGHT AWAY if you have been injured. You'll be met with a very intelligent and knowledgeable staff who offers great care and support to their clients. Almost like family. THAT'S important! Thank you Joe Wirth & Gaby. My family and I very much appreciate everything you have done for me!
