My inheritance check was sent to the wrong address, now I'm waiting for it to be returned to sender when the simple resolution would be to place a stop payment on the check that was already sent and to issue me a new one. I've called to request just that and haven't received a callback in 5 days. Definitely didn't feel like a priority. However, I edited my review, because once the check was returned to them, they were kind enough to go above and beyond for me and cut me 2 seperate checks so I would be able to cash one immediately, while the other was on hold, because I don't have a bank account. So I am very grateful.
