Simply, The Best! A friend referred me to Joseph Gutierrez. If you are looking for an Attorney in Nevada who is professional, honest, and knowledgeable, Maier Gutierrez & Associates is the firm to call! After my accidents, my world was turned upside down and I was confused and in a lot of pain.  I hired a law firm and was finding it very difficult to communicate the status and direction my case was heading.    I needed to understand the law and with the lack of communication, felt that my attorney was not fighting as hard as he could.  In my need to understand the law, I contacted Joseph, and he was beyond gracious and helped me through my cases. It was too late for me to change firms, but he still worked with me and provided me with the knowledge and confidence to see my cases to completion. In Las Vegas where there are so many billboards, commercials and radio ads for attorneys who make promises which can be confusing. I pray to anyone reading this that you will never need a personal injury attorney. If you may need representation, I highly recommend Maier Gutierrez & Associates. Such a wonderful law firm! I had a complicated accident where someone rad a red light and t-boned my car. They fought for us, had excellent communication during the process and was able to settle the lawsuit within 6 months. Definitely recommend and will use them if I am unfortunate enough to be in another accident.

Although it’s common to leave a review either good or bad about anyone or anything AFTER a service has been completed, I felt compelled to do so midway through the representation Stephen Clough and his extremely capable and gracious assistant, Zeairah have provided me to date! I came to this law firm after firing 3 other law firms for basically doing nothing (one of them was very well known). Admittedly, when this happens, it is automatically assumed the client is too difficult to work with or just a plain pain in the rear. Stephen and Zeairah met with me and listened to me and understood my reasons for firing the other 3 law firms and they took my case. At every step of the way, they have been nothing but professional, and more importantly, I believe they really care about you and whatever the reasons are that they are representing your interests. This was my second time working with MGA. Someone had hit me on my way home during the weekend. Gabriella and Joey, were quick to respond and help me right then and there. From there Steve and Gabriella took care of me and made sure any of my questions were answered throughout the entire process. They are very kind, helpful and responsive.
