Am writing this recommendation in support of Maier Gutierrez Ayon as a caring, experienced, professional and effective legal counsel. Was introduced to Joe Gutierrez over three years ago as the counsel for a group action claim I was a part of. Found Joe to be readily available for my questions as well as provide me with strong insight and the appropriate legal guidance. Was impressed with his prompt response to my inquiries even though I had a minority positioning in the claim. Also found Joe to be on top of all the case details as well as accurately provide me with updates in laymen terms that I could easily understand. In addition, Joe presented a pro-active stance that included realistic expectation and projections of our position based on a number of possible scenarios. I always felt our case was top of mind and our business relationship had strong value to him. As a result of this experience I chose to retain his services for my business and related needs. Joe has continued to be as engaged, understanding, detailed, and responsive as our first meeting. Am comfortable with his approach and ongoing guidance. From the simplest questions to the most complex concepts, Joe continues to provide excellent counsel and representation. Finally, on occasions where Joe's knowledge or expertise have been limited he has gone out of his way to provide introductions to knowledgable, professional and skilled resources who have guided me in the proper direction. I've been fortunate these last few years to have Mr. Gutierrez and his firm represent me on several personal and business matters. The way he and his team handle certain legal matters is just exceptional! If I've learned anything when it comes to needing legal representation, you hire VERY smart and effective counsel period! Why? Simple, a NOT so very smart or effective attorney equals more money out of your pocket or business or worst! If a NOT so very smart attorney takes 3 hours to draft a document that only takes a VERY smart attorney 1.5 hours, that means you're paying twice the amount of the same thing. To that point, if some attorney needs twice the time, that its self is a red flag in my book....hmmm maybe that attorney is not so qualified. I am not a big review writer simply because of a lack of time, however Mr. Gutierrez and team deserves all the recognition for always being available, even in circumstances of extreme short notice, professional, effective, and just good honest people. I first came to the office of Maier Gutierrez Ayon (MGA) in June 2016 to work on both a personal case and a business operating agreement for my company because I wanted to work with a highly trusted law firm that was known for talented attorneys that had a strong breadth of field experience in both contracts and litigation. Although I have worked with many attorneys in the last 1-2 decades of being a business owner, I've never had a better experience than I've had with MGA. What's unique about MGA is that their attorneys are willing to take on cases that are complicated and understand the issues much more clearly than any other law firm I've ever worked with. As the CEO of a global company, I've worked with firms across Europe, Australia, and the USA for my legal work, but MGA has proven that they are able to most competently navigate the legal landscape. They do business with full transparency, integrity, and have the most diligent hard-work ethic. It's very easy to do business with MGA because they understand both my strategic needs as a business owner and also how accomplish my goals through quick execution. So far, MGA have worked on several cases for my company. They have helped solve very difficult litigation issues and also help me resolve partnership disagreements. Every attorney I've worked with at MGA has given their 100% and have always been prompt in their communication. I have felt comfortable and confident in every case I've provided to MGA because they have such a strong track record and outstanding attorneys.
