Tom Friedman is the best! When I was incorrectly sued for breach of contract related to a business that I never owned, I contacted legal counsel – Mr. Friedman.  Mr. Friedman eased my fear and concerns by immediately contacting the opposing law firm.  With a logical and fact based summary, he presented my position.  Although my identity was not stolen, I was improperly served with a lawsuit.  The opposing law firm wholly accepted Mr. Friedman’s arguments and promptly withdrew the service of process, avoiding protracted litigation and unknown expenses.  Within a matter of two days the situation was resolved in my favor.  Mr. Friedman was fast, thorough, efficient and very reasonably priced. It was such a pleasure to work with Tom. He is kind, empathetic, proactive, and has a sense of humor! Prior to speaking with Tom, I did do some research and spoke to other lawyers and firms. However, none of the other options showed as much interest and their response turn-around time paled in comparison to Tom’s.
