Really great guy to deal with super easy an upfront . I used him to fight an unemployment over payment case. They were trying to charge $16,700 in over payment. I received an huge overpayment notice from PUA Unemplyemnt and tried to deal with them myself. I had a phone hearing and of course that did not go well with the person on the phone being agressive and confrontstional, unwilling to hear anything I had to say. The situation was extremely stressful because there seemed to be no other way to deal with that incompitent agency. I started looking for a lawyer and Jeffrey was one of the very few lawyers that deals with unemployment and PUA in the state of Nevada. He was able to get me in for a consultation and we gathered all the documements I needed. Finally I got the good news that my huge overpayment was waived and I didn't have to pay anything back.
