I searched all around for a tax attorney to help me resolve an issue I was having with CA Franchise Tax Board. They were saying I owed past due business tax, but I knew they had made a mistake. I called around to a few of those 800 numbers you always hear on the radio but nobody seemed to know why to handle this issue. I finally found the Randolph Law Firm and actually got to personally meet with Taylor Randolph when I went into the office. After meeting with him I felt 100% comfortable moving forward with him and he didn’t put any pressure on me to retain him. After about a couple months they were able to get my tax issue resolved with a result I am ecstatic about. I couldn’t be more thankful and if I ever need an attorney in the future or have any tax issues I will not hesitate to call them. Thank you for all of your help!

Randolph law firm, Leo Collins communicated with me every step of the way. I had a large tax problem the law firm and Leo turn the problem into a very manageable amount, you have a tax problem I don't make a big mistake call the Randolph law firm.

I met with Mr. Randolph not knowing exactly what to do about my tax problem. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and ALL of my questions were answered FREE of charge. He was very nice, knowledgeable and honest with me regarding my situation. Although it was the free initial consultation I did not feel rushed or like I was just getting generic information. He listened to me, answered all my questions and offered me 3 different solutions along with the pros/cons of each option. He suggested which option seemed the most feasible and logical which was to NOT pay his firm just to basically end up with the same current situation and I agreed. He gave me a plan to follow to get myself out of this current situation, avoid a lien and changes to make to avoid this situation again. If anyone has questions regarding the IRS please give his office a call, he will give you honest and informative advice and will not just suggest hiring of his firm.

Very friendly staff. They kept us updated and never too busy to answer questions. Leo always answers right away if I email a question. I definitely would recommend for any tax needs.

I have had tax problems since 2004 and couldn't buy a house due to a tax lien. The Randolph law firm went back through all my tax returns and fixed everything and ended up paying less than expected. I would highly recommend the Randolph law firm. By the way I love the house and love not getting letters from the IRS in the mail
