Unbelievably Outrageous and completely unethical. My beloved spouse bought into the dream of a grand Class Action Lawsuit against OutBack Steakhouse. Never once was she required to produce any verification of hours worked and not paid. These Scum bag Attorneys got over 400 thousand dollars alone in attorney fees, and setteled with bloomin Brands on Behalf of themselves at 3 million dollars. These attorneys failed to keep my wife notified of all the legal proceedings and progress even after she contacted them on multiple occasions requesting to begin receiving notifications. Therefore she was denied the right to appeal. After 3 long years of waiting they sent my wife a check of 8.72. Many other plaintiffs in this case have received pennies on the dollar. We will NOT BE SILENT AND BE THE BURDEN BARRIERS OF THIS INJUSTICE. PETITIONS WILL BE IN ROTATION AND THE DISTRICT COURT OF Las Vegas Neveda will be contacted with the above grievance and complanit of attorney client misconduct and breah of contract. Laugh now wolf, Rikin and associates. Too bad you assumed you were dealing with a bunch of degenerate uneducated welfare minorities. How dare you use the blood sweat and tears of hard working citzens to line your own personal bank account. This will not go unnoticed we will write, Email and Contact any Public Figure who will Listen. We will use socail media and the mainstream media to get out word of injustice out there. You folks will be held accountable for your actions.
