Hedgehog’s over the phone dispatch who I worked with and the tech were 100% top notch professionals. They were all very courteous, listened carefully, and made sure my needs were met. The tech also went through a standard rate sheet after I discussed in person the issues I was having, and how those standard rates applied with my service call. There by giving me the choices of what services I wanted rendered and left me - the customer - in control. I recommend Hedgehog after my experience

The company was quick to respond and set up an appointment. Arrived when they said they would. Troubleshot the problem and gave me several options prior to continuing the work. Jaden was professional and respectful of the property. Solved the issue and completed repairs quickly. We were very pleased with the work done and our entire experience with Hedgehog Electric.

We had a roof leak and Hedgehog was fantastic about coming out and checking for any problems with our solar system. Rafael spent time looking in the attic crawl space and verifying that there were several leaks but not from the solar installation. Rafael was courteous and so helpful! Very impressed with their service.

If I could give negative stars I would. The salesman was great and the installation went well. I have had nothing but trouble with the meters since the installation. You have to call and schedule someone to come out, it takes DAYS and they gaslight the heck out of you to explain the problems. “It will take 48 hours after the service call to see the change.” I believe I have had at lease FIVE visits and the problem is still not resolved. I wish they would fix these problems as quick as they grabbed and cashed my check. I DO NOT recommend this business.
