Avoid this lawyer if you do not have a 100% winning case. However, if you have a 100% winning case, then you will not need the help of this so-called “lawyer”. They take on a losing case, without informing you that they cannot help you. When you try to get them to explain what they have actually done in your case other than filling out the naturalization form, all you get in return is a conversation with a paralegal who will write down your questions and will say that she will then take them to the lawyer, who is too busy and completely unable to meet and talk with you. In response, you will receive only a beautiful letter stating that the lawyer can no longer work with you and the fee paid is non-refundable. Avoid them!

While I am grateful for the help that I received during my immigration process - they still have a lot of room for improvement. Attorney fees are not cheap, so I feel that the services provided should not be cheap either. Someone in the office is dropping the ball on phone calls, and voicemails. They take a really long time to return your calls, and they don't give updates as to how your case is going. I understand that they have a lot of cases at the same time - but we are all paying for these services and each case should be treated equally. They ask for the money upfront in order to submit your case to immigration so the least they can do is keep you updated as time goes by. They only take you seriously once you show up in person to their office and request an appointment with either one of the paralegals or Attorney O'Mealia. I think she's great - but her staff not so much.
