The BEST lawyer and staff. I have had nothing but a perfect experience every time, all the staff is extremely nice. Everytime I have had any questions and had to call them and there has NEVER been a time when if they are not available they won't return my call not only that, but they've NEVER make me feel like they are in a rush or they don't have time. Richard definitely has all my admiration and respect, he is the most humble person, he really cares of his clients and gets exited about their victories. I recomend him every time.

We have been clients of Richard since 2015 and continue to use his services. We first came to Richard when we needed assistance adjusting my husbands status with his first Green Card in the US, after a 15+ year overstay on a travel visa. There were some issues to work out. Richard is FANTASTIC at what he does and has been doing this for a very long time, he helped us with ease. The staff at the Law Office of Richard Fleischer is wonderful, and always honest. The lawyers are great and always explain things in a way that you will understand. They prepare you very well for immigration court dates, along with showing support throughout your case. Ramon Acosta is great and we are thankful that he was our attorney!
