Sean Patterson is the most ethical and honest attorney you could ask for. His knowledge and expertise out shine his competitors and I would know, because it was due to the failure of one of his competitors that I went to him for help. My attorney, prior to Sean, honest to goodness did not show up for court! I am forever grateful that he took on my case and have always recommended him to both businesses and individuals experiencing financial trouble. Sean Patterson is the most hardworking person I have ever encountered. He takes the time to explain everything in as much detail and in a manner that you can understand and relate too. He completely puts you at ease as he works to help you fix your life. Sean has heart as well as a work ethic like no other. He stayed late, weekends, and makes himself available at a moments notice. I would refer him to anyone and have.

Not only have I worked with Sean on a legal professional level (I'm a paralegal), I also retained him for a personal matter. Sean was precise, prompt, direct (yes, this is very important when pursuing a legal matter) and fair; But most of all, Sean was non-judgmental of my very difficult situation. There are moments, more than I would like to admit, that I am tardy for appointments sometimes missing them all together. I will say I have never met a professional more accommodating. I took almost a year and a half to make up my mind. All my questions answered precisely and with professionalism rarely found today. Absolute nightmare. Unethical and unprofessional. Inaccurately and falsely filed my information leaving out numbers and data. Acknowledging knowing he had filed my expense's to a fraction, and filed under the wrong chapter. Gaining him thousands of dollars. His abuse of power is for individuals who need "dirty" lawyer. If that's you he's your man!

After 50 years of ALWAYS paying my bills and paying on time, I was forced by circumstances to file for bankruptcy. I was devastated and cried all the way to Mr. Patteson's office and during our initial interview. Mr. Patterson was extremely kind and understanding, thoughtful and supportive. He even offered me tissues to wipe my eyes and put his arm around my shoulders. He listened and then explained my options carefully, thoroughly, and very gently. And although he would need to re-explain the necessary procedures again, as it was hard to retain through the tears, he did explain the process. His paralegal, Sam, was just as helpful as he helped me identify my debtors and gathered information for the court. I am almost finished paying the court trustee for my bankruptcy. Over the more than three years that I have been paying, both Mr. Patterson and Sam have always been available to me by phone, answering their own calls and returning calls immediately when I did need to leave a voice mail. This last week, Mr. Patterson answered when I called about the financial class I needed to complete to exit my bankruptcy. He emailed me the necessary papers and the list of approved classes immediately. And he told me what I needed to do from now until the court finishes my case. Maybe most important to me is that each time I needed to call, both Mr. Patterson and Sam knew who I was when I called and greeted me knowingly. If you need to file bankruptcy and it is as hard for you to do as it was/is for me, Mr. Sean Patterson and Sam are THE best I could possibly imagine. I whole heartedly recommend them to you.

After representing me and being so professional, I've sent other friends to him...and have yet to hear any negative feedback ever! I can talk from a lifetime of experience in hiring legal representation. Sean stands far and above the rest!
