Friendly and highly qualified

I shopped around for lawyers and decided on Sean after numerous recommendations. I was not disappointed as he took the time to explain my options and lay out a plan. He had step by step guidance and forms to fill out that made the process as hassle free as possible. The cost was very reasonable. He is a specialist and it shows. Sam, his assistant is also very professional and knowledgable. Of course some complications came up and Sean was able to handle it and put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend a better lawyer in Reno, and looking back, I am so glad that I did not try to do this on my own.

Sean is helpful, response time is good, he was respectful. Didn’t run into anyone at his office I didn’t like. Everyone was kind. Explain how everything was going to happen. Answered all of our questions. Even had our backs after it was all said and done when some companies wouldn’t stop calling us.

Sean assisted me during an extremely low point in my life. He helped me to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy more than 6 years ago. This month I needed to know the discharge date for the Chapter 7 and couldn’t locate the discharge paperwork for an apartment application. I’ve lived at my current address since before I filed the Chapter 7, so it will be the first time I have applied for an apartment since the Chapter 7 was discharged more than 6 years ago. I called and left a message at his office at 8 am on the morning I needed to complete the application. I had a scheduled appointment at the property at 10:30 am. He returned my call at 9:00 am. He told me the discharge date while we were on the phone. Then, while we were while we were still on the phone, he emailed the paperwork to me (at 9:07 am). Now that *is* service — prompt, caring, friendly *and* thorough !! Sean is caring and very thorough. He walked me through the process step by step and was — and still is — always available to answer questions. I highly recommend Sean Patterson. He is second to no one !!!

Shawn has been an amazing help for my family during a very unfortunate time in our lives. With 3 years of very serious health issues and loss of work the bills mounted. The last place anyone wants to end up is at a bankruptcy attorney. Shawn made all those worries go away, he is very kind, caring and most of all to the point! He listened and gave us clear direction even after hours! We will definitely recommend him to everyone.
