Great service, very knowledgeable.

So I chose Affordable Bankruptcy because of all the wonderful reviews and I felt i could trust them and for the most part they were wonderful. I just did not get enough information about filing and still don't understand everything that was done and I just receive my discharge paperwork. I found that getting a hold of any was nearly impossible with the exception of Jen Garcia. She was very helpful through the whole process and always responded even if she didn't have an answer she made sure I was acknowledge. It was an OK experience for me with Affordable Bankruptcy! If you are looking for fast, cheap and easy then go with them for sure!

We had to think long and hard before we decided to file bankruptcy, but when the Fed raised the prime which caused the banks to raise the interest rates, we just could not make even the minimum payments. Kevin and his paralegals really know all there is about bankruptcy and make the process smooth and painless. We highly recommend them.

If you have a busy schedule, this is the way to go. The entire process is via fax and email. Emails are responded to usually within a business day. Jen was the last to help with the process and she was super polite and always made sure my questions made it to the correct person so my concerns could be addressed appropriately. I did think the process was going to be quicker, but I should have read the disclosure in the initial email. Other than that, everything is pretty straight forward.
