Kevin and his staff did an excellent job of getting me thru a stressful period in my life at a reasonable cost. I had to do some of the work in getting documents in order but the staff was very helpful in telling me exactly what was needed and how to put these documents together. My emails were always responded to in a timely manner. They have payment plans for those a bit strapped for cash. Can’t recommend Affordable Bankruptcy enough. Michael McDaniel

I've been where you are. Finally decide to file for bankruptcy and don't know what to do next. Everyone says you need an attorney but which one. I wanted to file electronically and had my papers in order. I chose Affordable Bankruptcy and I'm glad I did. Their instructions were clear and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. They walked me through the entire process.

I had a lot of fear and worry about the whole process of filing for bankruptcy. Donna & Jenn were very patient with me. Pretty much everything was handled through emails, texts, and phone calls, so that made it all very convenient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Kevin is useless to put it lightly. The amount of detrimental mistakes he made in my divorce case is worrisome. He had incorrect dates for court, causing things to be filed late and incorrectly. He doesn’t listen to his client when they tell him there’s a mistake in the verbiage, and it needs to be fixed - he files the order anyways. He comes to court unprepared, and is not aggressive. The icing on the cake is when his client gets disconnected from the zoom court call, and the judge changes her mind on something and doesn’t let the client know - causing the client to now be in contempt of court because the last thing they heard was the judge okaying something. I would stay far away from Kevin.

Affordable Bankruptcy was the smartest choice that I have made for my financial condition. The entire staff is friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist you however they are able. They have always been very responsive, courteous and eager to help. I would highly recommend their services.
