Kevin and his staff did an excellent job of getting me thru a stressful period in my life at a reasonable cost. I had to do some of the work in getting documents in order but the staff was very helpful in telling me exactly what was needed and how to put these documents together. My emails were always responded to in a timely manner. They have payment plans for those a bit strapped for cash.

I used Affordable Bankruptcy lawyer Kevin Szotkowski for my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. It was convenient and inexpensive as I used the online option. My paralegal, Donna, and her assistant Jenn were marvelous and guided me through the whole process. My case was successful and they all gave me peace of mind and were professional throughout. From phone call day one I finally felt at ease speaking to Donna who understood my concerns she was so compassionate and understanding , literally walked me through paperwork from beginning to end..Jenn did follow up was equally helpful, Kevin was nothing but Professional but with compassion.. to the point without making me feel less than..

I've been where you are. Finally decide to file for bankruptcy and don't know what to do next. Everyone says you need an attorney but which one. I wanted to file electronically and had my papers in order. I chose Affordable Bankruptcy and I'm glad I did. Their instructions were clear and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
