David came highly recommended by my sister. When I first spoke to David on the phone I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the lease process. The owners of the property I was trying to lease from were very tough to deal with by myself. As soon as David took the reigns, I felt a lot more confident my business partner and I would be signing a fair and workable lease. David negotiated our lease like a "Champ"!
