Rob Parke has been our attorney for the last 5 years on both estate and business affairs. He helped us oversee the closing of our father's estate and the selling of his business. The estate and business had many complex legal issues that Rob handled with wisdom and professionalism. He has been able to both protect the interests of the estate and business and help us avoid unnecessary litigation. He also was able to assist us with the challenging situation of closing out a business partnership. He is very intelligent, wise and trustworthy. He's an excellent attorney and is a good person. Dealing with this office was amazing when I was dealing with having to file bankruptcy. Sean and Sam both explained every detail and made sure I understood what was going to happen. This was over a year ago but even when additional things come up, they are there for you! Sean Patterson & his employee Sam made the bankruptcy process easier than I ever thought that it could be. I was overwhelmed with the records request the Trustee requested but Sean walked me through everything and never got a bad attitude or seemed put out by the volume of paperwork I brought in. He even e-mailed me what he had scanned in 9 e-mails when I needed to look at the records. Sean personalizes every step. One never wants to find themselves in a scenario to need an attorney like Sean, but when you do, you need someone just like Sean. Experienced, helpful throughout the process, and very kind to boot. On top of all that, he worked with me remotely as I’m in the Vegas area. Additional props to his staff, especially Sam, who helped us at several points along the way. Highly recommended!
