I received a speeding ticket 30 miles south of Hawthorne, NV I was in the middle of no where, nothing but sand around for miles. I called the Law office and quickly received a follow up text from an attorney. I texted a few pictures of the ticket, paid my fee online (from my phone). Within an hour after payment I received confirmation that my ticket was moved to a non moving violation, no points, and I can pay my fine online and I do not have to waste a day of vacation time to go to court. My only regret was not getting a lawyer for all my tickets when I was younger. 5 star service and zero office visit required.

Jenny just wrapped up my case in Elko, NV this year. I was caught with multiple felony possession charges. She was with my every step of the way, making the long trip form Las Vegas to Elko for my court dates (I'm in Colorado). Out of the EIGHT felonies I was charged with, I was charged with just one count of possession. Jenny was calm, collected, and nothing short of professional the entire process. Without Jenny I'd be in a much worse situation than I am in now. She provided excellent insight and kept me positive about the whole situation during our extremely long drawn out court process.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the tireless work that Ms. Hubach has done for me concerning my DUI case. This was a first offense, and I was very naive about the entire process, and even how hiring a lawyer worked. Her rates, as I have come to find out, are actually on the low-end, in terms of DUI lawyers and representation in the area. Ms. Hubach has a connection and familiarity with the court system that you simply cannot get anywhere else. She communicates via email and text message regularly, and phones when need be. This made sending documentation and keeping in contact simpler. Although I would have liked to have met her in person, I did not even have to go to her offices to get the ball rolling. I live more than 2 hours aways from the court I was slated to attend, and I did not have to worry about requesting time off from work and, subsequently, trying to explain why I needed it. She attended my court dates and my DMV hearing in my absence. She successfully had my DMV license revocation dismissed! Every case is unique, and I highly recommend calling her for a consultation. I will say this though: If this is your first brush with the law remember, you are not their only case, and your lawyer is not there to absolve you of your transgression. But, they ARE there to deal with the legal matters surrounding it. DO NOT miss the chance to hire Ms. Hubach. You WILL thank yourself (and this reviewer) later.

Absolutely the best result I could have received. Jenny Hubach defended me on a 2nd offense DUI. She told me she would do her best to find any error in my first case to get this one reduced to a first offense. I figured that was just wishful thinking but sure enough she came through and I was charged with a first. Recently I got pulled over for speeding and was looking at hefty fines and 4 points on my driving record. I did my research and found Jenny Hubach and hired her immediately. She was able to get my ticket reduced to a simple parking violation with no points on my record. That was amazing! My insurance would have loved the extra money they'd be making off my premiums. I cant thank Jenny enough for the work she did for me after an incident at Burning Man in 2015. She was the most caring and reassuring lawyer that I had talked to in Reno. Being from outside the USA, and getting into some serious trouble at Burning Man, she took good care of my case, getting it reduced to misdemeanors. I knew I had the right lawyer, when she returned my phone call from the Playa. She helped me to relax from the stress of what had just happened.
