I used Jenny for my DUI case and am very satisfied. She let me know what I needed to do to have a smooth court case and make everything right. I so appreciate all she did for me. I feel lucky she was representing me. Even when DMV case, which she won because officer said I refused breathalyzer. Thank you Jenny!!

I contacted Jenny when I was in the process of finally firing a local attorney I had forked out big bucks to that was unethical and basically disappeared. I have to thank Jenny for representing me out of State, I received a speeding ticket coming out of the mountains of Lake Tahoe, braking the entire way downhill it isn't very difficult to speed, after stewing about the ticket when I got back to Chicago I read several reviews on Lawyers in Carson City and Reno and Jenny's name kept coming up with several positive reviews so I contacted her on a Sunday thinking she would get back to me on a Monday or Later, she got back to me within an hour answering all my crazy questions and made me feel comfortable, I haven't had a speeding ticket in over a decade, and didn't feel I deserved this one, and definitely did not want my insurance rates to go up because of this. Jenny represented me as if she were me in Carson an got the violation off my record, any time I had a question Jenny got back to me immediately, all I can say is you won't be sorry have Jenny represent you, I hope you read this Jenny

Not sure how she does it, but she was able to reduce my speeding violation down to a parking violation and driving through two solid white lines violation dismissed! Cannot be more pleased with the results. NO points and NO DMV reporting to jack up my Ins rates...

Jenny Hubach has done exemplary work three times for me within the past two years. In the first case I was charged with running a stoplight and she got it reduced to a parking violation. In the second case I was charged with I think going 65 in a 55 and they again she got it reduced to a parking citation. The third time I was charged with going 70 miles per hour and she again got it reduced to a parking citation. The overall attorney and court costs were probably less than what I would have paid in payments to the court without any of the hassles of appearing or mailing. I definitely highly recommended her for anyone who wants their rights defended and more.

For a reasonable fee, Ms Hubach handled my case. She was able to negotiate a reduction of the violation and a reduced fine. The only thing I had to do was hire her. When the court made a mistake recording the agreed plea, she ably intervened to get it corrected. Jenny communicated as needed and responded rapidly. I would definitely hire her again.
