She was very friendly at my consultant and I brought my daughter with me. I was already ripped off by my husband of 19 years and I can't touch his trust but I can get at least 1/2 his pension. I'm living with my daughter and her family which I thank God everyday for that Blessing. Ms. Miller said she could do the pension but at no time did she say that was another entity I had to hire. I sold all my jewelry to pay for this divorce below cost but I did it anyway. Then she screwed up by submitting the wrong divorce decree but a work up I reminded them the Alimony was pension not cash. So, I had to tell them it's wrong. And now, after I submit my decree to Teamsters they tell me it won't work there's a whole other paper work to go along with it. At no time did she tell me or give me a referral to the right attorney for my type of divorce. I have no money and now I have to come up with more money. She got her 1k+ what does it matter to her!

I made an appt with Katilyn Miller based on the amazing reviews. After waiting one month for my scheduled consultation--and very eager to get moving forward with my decision to divorce--I arrived at her office to be told that she was in court. The receptionist, Marilyn, was unapologetic and said this happens sometimes. I said "yes, but couldn't you have let me know before i left my kids with a sitter and drove 30 min to be here?". She said Kaitlyn could call me at 2:30 that afternoon. I was disappointed since I had hoped to meet her and get a feel for her so that I could know if she was someone I would want to represent me, but nevertheless went home and made arrangements so that I was free during the time in the afternoon. 2 minutes before 2:30, Marilyn, the receptionist, called me and said "Katilyn has just informed me that she is no longer taking no clients." I said, "I have been waiting for an appt for one month and she is telling me now that she isn't taking new clients?" I suppose there was no use talking to Marilyn about how unprofessional this seems. At any rate, I was extremely disappointed in there handling of this consultation. It felt very irresponsible and if that is representative of how she works, I would not want her representing me.

Ms. Miller represented me in a volatile contested divorce with children and complex assets. I was impressed by her professionalism defusing an inherently charged process. The divorce outcome was acceptable and completed within roughly five months. Outstanding representation, highly recommended.

I first obtain services for going back to court on an on going custody battle. Going to court is stressful and time consuming. Kaitlyn Miller has always gone above and beyond her services. She treats me with respect and has always listened to everything I have to say. My children are young and I know I'll be going back and forth to court with my ex for every little thing. Anytime I have an issue that arises I can call her office or send an email to Erin, and they take care of it. I've had complicated issues that have come up in my custody case and she has dropped everything to handle it. Hands down I feel she is the best. I will continue to use her services.

I never thought I would need an attorney for my child custody case. Boy was I wrong! My experience with Kaitlyn was amazing. I couldn't have asked for more. Erin was amazing. I had a ton of questions and they were all answered. As a single father she understands the challenges, the obstacles, and the smoke screens one has to deal with another attorney. Just wrapped up our case and I am glad that I picked the right one the first time.

Kaitlyn really went to bat for me when I left my abusive husband. She stood up for my rights and helped me to end my marriage quickly and with everything the law entitled me to.
