My wife was involved in an auto accident for which she had no responsibility (rear end accident). She was injured and amassed medical bills over at least a year. They were in regular contact with us and constantly updated us with the status of progress. The cost for their service was fair and very acceptable, none of which was payable until after the settlement was arranged and paid. We recovered all our out of pocket expenses, all outstanding obligations were resolved, and after paying the lawyers, we ended up with a more than fair chunk of settlement money. We would refer this law firm to anyone without the slightest concern or hesitation.

I threatened to go to the bar and retained another law firm to finally get my records. It will be 3 YEARS in a couple weeks, and we're still going round and round. I would have been better off to settle with the other guy's insurance company in the beginning. RF.
