Theresa is by far one of the best out here my husband went to a few lawyers before he found her and was told I was going to serve jail time or prison she got me out the same day he stepped in her office and I got an honarable discharge when we went in front of the judge for my sentencing. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a good attorney I am beyond pleased with her services.

Theresa is the best my girl went to jail with no bail I looked at a lot of other lawyers and they would tell me she was out of luck so I called Theresa and she got her out the same dam day and she was able to get the case dismissed if I ever need a lawyer again hopefully I won't but if I did got Theresa on speed dial she's amazing

Theresa opened the eyes of some really closed minded prosecutors to true justice, in a town where they pride themselves on NO NEGOTIATION with certain kinds of cases. Theresa & her colleague Sam worked diligently to solve an annoying traffic ticket for me. They were fast, effective, and very professional. I made the initial phone call to them based on a personal friend's recommendation; after that everything was handled through e-mail (which was perfect for me and my busy schedule). The Ristenpart Law team was able to get my moving violation ticket reduced to a non-moving violation, as well as a reduced fine.
