Receiving a speeding ticket, on the way to the airport, at the end of a wonderful vacation to Lake Tahoe was not my idea of ending the trip on a high note!  After returning home to the east coast and speaking to a few attorneys in the Reno area, I had the great fortune of landing on Theresa's website and contacted her at once to see if she could help.  I spoke with her legal assistant, Natasha, who told me that Theresa would love to take the case!  She handled the whole ordeal for me from start to finish (entering my initial not guilty plea, corresponding with the court for my court date, and negotiating with the prosecutor on my behalf - all while I was back east, at home!).  I was beyond delighted to learn that she successfully negotiated my speeding ticket to a no point seat belt ticket!  I would wholeheartedly recommend retaining Theresa Ristenpart for any and all legal wranglings you may find yourself in.  A consummate legal professional, Theresa is the sword and shield that justice endeavors to provide!

After being involved in an accident, I was given a citation by Highway Patrol. My car was totaled in the accident, so I was left without transportation and with a future court case hanging over my head.
