Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident resulting in some serious pain in my back. This was my first experience with a lawyer and I had know idea what to expect. After talking to Dean and Melissa it was very clear that consulting with them was the right move. The guided me through what to expect and was able to find me the health care I need and made sure I would be taken care of every step of the way!

I was in a rare end accident on Nov 2 2022 . I called Benson & Bingham to help me with my case . I've been working with Go Hart from the beginning she is great . I was having issues with the ins company to get my deductible payed back. So I called Go Hart and she contacted the ins company for me . And they sent me my deductible back to me. Any time I had a question about my case Go Hart was always right there to help me. She would either answer wright away or she would call me back with in a couple of hours . It was great not having to talk to the ins company or the auto body shop that was fixing my truck Go hart handled it all for me . I got a great settlement thank you GO Hart and Todd The staff is super nice there always right there to help you at any time . I would recommend Benson &Bingham to any one that need's an attorney .
