Jill was very helpful answering all my questions and giving me help with whatever issues I asked her. She's very knowledgeable and gave me a peace of mind. From child custody, paternity and child support. I would definitely hire her if I have to go back for any modifications necessary in my case. Thank you Jill!

I thought the matter of filing a simple stipulation was no biggie (because both parties had agreed on the terms) so I pretty much had poo poo'd it. She explained the level of accuracy expected in Federal Court (she also explained that my case WAS in Federal Court). Her response spurred me to remind the other party's attorney that he had not gotten back to me re the stip. He responded the next day, apologizing, and agreeing that it was ready for filing. So now I can file it. Thanks to Jill who knew the severity of omissions in Fed Court!

I came here for advice on appeals problem I had .out of 4 lawyer's one insulted me because I was indigent pro se .the other told me to re write the questions and I did. One gave me a question answer but both times ms Whitcheck helped me out simplfly it told me how to get my order and I now got it thank you Jill your awesome professional.
