"Bert" partnered with Curtis Coutler for a wrongful death case. Several people and several huge organizations were involved. They promised to work hard and get us what we deserved. He didn't. He provided us with incorrect information, lies, and pushed us down a path we didn't agree with. He is afraid to go after anyone that would require him to perform even the most basic work. Then he agreed to manage the trust account until my son turned 18. After having to file the paperwork once he quit the case. I strongly strongly do not recommend this attorney to anyone.
