I was wrongfully accused of reckless driving while driving a commercial vehicle. Richard got clear cut facts about the case and inserted a strong amount of common sense. He absolutely destroyed my accusers account and got the case dismissed. Never been through anything like this before and he helped through it. Aggressive and to the point!

We hired Richard due to good reviews, but little digging. In the beginning Richard and his team Gloria were very responsive and knowledgeable, but upon paying in full early, mr.Davies withheld client information, declined phone calls, mistreated his client my fiancé by using derogatory language and telling him he does not like him, misrepresented documents to him, failed to file requested motions, and simply did not fight for him on a personal bias. Please do a real search on this attorney and you will see a good number of likewise reviews, he has 7 NV bar complaints/granted refunds. He needs to be debarred.

I was facing a very serious charge and the stress it was causing was intense and Mr. Davies made me feel at ease after we spoke. He went over all the options I had and let me know that everything was going to be ok. I was still a little nervous but in the end, everything went better than I could have ever expected.
