On Google, there were 16 five-star reviews when I last checked, and I am number 17 to also give her a 5-star review. That tells you something. You can read those great reviews also! Tehan knows the law and is efficient in representing her client(s). She displays all those great qualities described in the other reviews and more. I know she was totally committed to me and my case in the way that she communicated regularly and personally with me. Still, she is a no-nonsense lawyer who will give you homework and communicate with the court to let you know the status of your case. She explains court postings from eflex. My Ex threatened to bankrupt me. Tehan used the law to protect me. It wasn't painless, but what was done, she did in a way to provide the best outcome for me and my financial stability. Tehan helped me resolve a dispute concerning my (over 10 year old) divorce case in which my ex-wife was attempting to obtain more money. Tehan was exceptional to work with. She listened to all my concerns, asked the right questions, and put a good deal of time and research into my case. I always felt that she was working hard to ensure the best outcome for me and was thoroughly on my side. I felt I could trust her to not only know the law but also care about her clients and fight for them. In combing through my divorce paperwork she was able to discover flaws in the original calculations that I nor anyone else had seen (in my favor). She also explained court procedure to me in case we might have to wind up in court (luckily we did not). In going through all options with me, she listened to my opinions and concerns, offered her advice and wisdom, and in the end allowed me to make the best choices for me while standing up for my rights. I hired Tehan to handle a Joint Uncontested Divorce for my ex-wife and I. We have two children that are younger. Both my Ex and I wanted to remain amicable and make it as painless for the kids as possible. As my Ex did not want a Divorce, keeping her level and well informed along with ensuring her that all involved wanted the best outcome was paramount. There were many moments where Tehan and I thought that the amicable divorce was about to derail and she expertly reassured me that we had done everything we could to keep it amicable. Tehan helped me through my year long custody and child support case which was also partly during COVID. What can I say, not only she take on my case at the last minute. My case was not easy to explain but she was able to keep the court to play fair. She is very good with keeping you updated. Unlike most attorneys, she was easy to get ahold of and answer questions about my case; discussed strategy on how to approach the hearing. She saved me a lot of money and hardship.
