If you need a slow and expensive lawyer go her. You will wait over a month to have poorly written drafts and motions sent to you. I suspect there reason for this is so they can change you twice. Expect to pay your lawyer to do research the law they are supposed experts in. Just do yourself a favor and stay for away from this firm. Choose basically any other law firm in Reno.

Over the last many years, I've utilized this Law Firm so many things. After the unfortunately passing of a family member, I reached out and asked if they had someone to handle the probate of his estate. That's was I met Stephanie Funk for the first time. Despite the emotional, hardest, and difficult time that we were going through, Stephanie made sure that any question we had, anything that needed to be done, or anything we needed in general was taken care of. Looking for a way to make the divorce process even worse?! He’s your guy! All talk and no action. All ego and no integrity. Lied about filing a motion and then lied about lying. He’s everything to despise in an attorney and then some. Couldn’t fire him fast enough.
